Abstract Guidelines:
Presentation Abstract (200-250 words) *
Scholarly Presenters (Recorded):
Presentations are no more than 15 minutes in length. A digital recording of your presentation should be uploaded to the Western Online Conference Page by April 18th, Monday at 8am by creating a new thread in the appropriate Topic Forum and including a link to your recording that was uploaded to your YouTube account. All presenters must commit to answering any inquiries regarding your presentation through the appropriate Discussion Thread in the Presentation Discussion forum.
Performances (Recorded)
Recorded performances (music, dance, art, story-telling, etc.) may be no longer than 12 minutes. A digital recording of your performance should be uploaded to the Western Online Conference page by April 18th, Monday at 8am by creating a new thread in the appropriate Topic Forum and including a link to your recording that was uploaded to your YouTube account. All performers must commit to responding to all comments and inquiries regarding your performance through the appropriate Discussion Thread in the Performance Discussion forum.
Performances and Scholarly Presentations (Live)
Live performances (music, dance, art, story-telling, etc.) and Live presentations may be no longer than 15 minutes. You will be scheduled for a 15 minute time slot during the Live performance/presentation hours. Those assignments will be made once registration is complete. Live performances and presentations will be made in person on the Quad Cities Campus on Friday, April 22nd, from 2-3pm.
Abstract Submission Acknowledgment *
By submitting abstracts, all presenters acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Guidelines for Participation and that research meets protocols for human, animal, and radiological research. All presenters also permit the release of photographs taken of them and their work on the day of presentation.
