Oakwood Schools Common Grant Application Winter 2023
Each semester, the Oakwood Schools Foundation, Smith PTO, Harman PTO, OJH/OJS PTO, and the Fine Arts Boosters (FAB) work together to provide additional funds to Oakwood teachers and staff that allow them to create a truly excellent educational experience for Oakwood students. If you are interested in applying for a grant, please use the form below. Please fill the form out completely.

**Grants are not reviewed on a rolling basis. Fall grants will be awarded in October and winter grants awarded in February.**

To submit your grant request, please click the SUBMIT button below. You will receive an email confirmation including a copy of the submitted grant information. If you need to change or add information to your grant after it has been submitted, you can edit and resubmit. We will forward a copy of your grant application for Dr. Kimbe Lange and the building principal. 

If the grant request is funded, you will be asked to submit a a brief grant outcome via Google forms. The grant outcome report highlights the impact of the project to the grants review committee and the outcomes are shared with the Oakwood City School District as well as the Oakwood community.
