This is the signup form for the pickup service for big items of the student organization ReStore with location in Trondheim. We therefore only operate in the area of Trondheim. Through this form, you can book a van pick-up for big items that are too heavy and too bulky to bring to ReStore without a car.
Please fill in your contact information, some information about the item(s) you want to donate, and choose a timeslot. We will then pick up your item within the requested timeslot.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to accept mattresses or beds with a mattress attached to it (rammemadrass) due to the risk of bed bugs. Bed frames without mattress are fine.
Please, only make one booking, also in case your items change at a later date.
Please make sure that the items are readily disassembled (If bringing it whole is infeasible or takes up a lot of space unnecessarily) and taken down to street level to reduce unnecessary work for our volunteers who offer the pickup service for free during their free time.
Please, also be available via phone during the booked timeslot. Note that we will not pick up small items that can be brought to ReStore without a car. Note that we also only pick up items that can be reused.
Note that although this is a free service, driving out is an expense for ReStore. On average, each booked pickup costs us about 150 NOK. This also applies if you cancel your pickup last minute (within 48 hours prior to the timeslot). If you therefore want to contribute to the pickup service being a free service, please book a pickup only if you really are sure that you want us to pick up your items.
