Brain Freeze 2024 will take place in-person on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Carleton University. 

Please fill out this online registration form and liability waiver to participate in the run. Additional information regarding race day will be provided via email one week prior to the event.

If you are registering for yourself and on behalf of someone else, please fill out separate registration forms for each individual.

In lieu of a registration fee, please donate what you can to the Cornerstone by visiting our Canada Helps page. Donations are greatly appreciated, though not required to participate.
