La Jolla’s Fitness Community is coming together to help people keep their new year’s resolutions this year.  We are creating a FITNESS BINGO PROMOTION to motivate people to eat healthy, try new fitness activities and explore alternative wellness treatments.  There is no cost for your business to participate other than the offer you make to your prospective clients and members and a donation that will be used as prizes for participants and BINGO Winners.

We are inviting all La Jolla Village businesses that specialize in fitness activities, gear and apparel, healthy dining, alternative medicine and other wellness services to take part in this first-ever promotion.  

The draft Bingo Card is attached to this email.  YOU CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO PARICIPATE. 

• As a participating merchant you will:
• Get a special stamper to mark BINGO cards
• Be featured in our extensive media campaign including advertising inserts, print ads, press releases, social media boosts, blogs, websites and newsletters.
• Get posters, social media tools and other promotional items to get the word out!
• Become part of a new community promotion helping to build relationships with other merchants and local clients.

 What we need from you if you chose to participate:

• Commit to an offer(s) that aligns with one or more “Bingo Squares.”  FREE classes, samples, giveaways will motivate people to check you out.  Deep discounts, sales, promotions, gifts with purchase are all great too. But, we want to keep things simple!
• A generous prize to include in our winner packages
• Put up a poster in your store
• Promote the BINGO GAME to your members, visitors and contacts using social media, email lists, in store promotion, your website and your other marketing channels.
