I can support Hispanic Heritage Night on September 29th from 6-8 by....
*
hosting a Hispanic country table (providing decorations, information, food tasting etc)
being an adult overseeing the craft / activity stations that evening (all materials are provided, you'll just be guiding the activity)
Calling local restaurants who could donate hispanic foods, desserts, prizes or drinks to the evening (we anticipate ~200 people to be in attendance)
Snapping photos as the photographer (volunteer your expertise and time to take photos of the evening festivities that we can utilize in our yearbook, community celebrations announcement / newsletters and on our website etc)
Helping to set up the crafting tables / activity stations (4:30-6p)
Donating prizes for LaLoteria game rounds (could be $5 gift card, small trinkets etc)
Cleanup crew 8-8:45ish help to clean up the crafting and activity areas / take down signs
