• Must be a Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® Member
• No entries will be accepted after December 17, 2021 at 4:30 pm

Consideration:
Local Association Activities: Association offices held, committee assignments, outstanding accomplishments, community involvement, participation in affiliated councils and societies, designations earned, education attended, KAAR activities attended.
State Association Activities: State offices held, committee assignments, outstanding accomplishments, conferences or conventions attended, education attended, participation in affiliated councils and designations earned.
National Association Activities: National offices held, committee assignments, outstanding accomplishments, conferences or conventions attended, education attended, participation in affiliated councils and designations earned.
RPAC & Calls to Action: Participation in RPAC and responsiveness to Calls to Action issued by the Local, State and National Associations.

Winner Recognition:
The Realtor of the Year winner will be announced during a January 19, 2022 membership meeting. All advertising shall contain the full name "Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® [Year] REALTOR® of the Year." Awards shall be for the calendar year.
