After School Enrichment Program Proposal Form
This form is open to all Ashburton staff and PTA Members.

After School Enrichment Programs run one day a week from 4-5pm and club leaders will be compensated for their time. They will start in late October (exact date TBD) and each will run 6-8 sessions depending on start date and school calendar.

Below is a list of potential club ideas, but feel free to propose a club not found on this list. *Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee placement as a club leader.
