Caregivers, learn techniques and skills that foster attachment and self-esteem while encouraging the growth of positive behaviors. When children are impacted by trauma at an early age, their unconscious system gets stuck in high alert. Addressing these subconscious systems requires caregivers who have learned to regulate themselves and remain relational under pressure. We develop plans unique to each family. Parents and children become closer while also learning new and useful information about their relational brains
I present five core skills everyone needs to build resilient relationships. In each session, I will present ways to build these core skills and improve the relational connection between not only you and your child but anyone else that matters to you!
We'll Learn about the subconscious system at play when we interact, the power of quieting and how it impacts identity and relationships, build practices to increase joy, ignite the power of gratitude, and consider the value of seeing the best in others. With practice you can bring your "best self" to a challenging situation.
