Note for customers:
- Reflash the firmware on the PCB. The PCB is QMK/VIA approved after the initial firmware was flashed on the PCBs. Check the Ingot GitHub repository for more information.
- Use clip-in stabilizers if utilizing o-ring mount. With how the o-ring standoffs are, screw in stabilizers will not seat the PCB/Plate assembly properly.
- If there is a weird stoppage due to the JST wire, prebend the wire so it folds into the channel, otherwise trim the sleeving of the JST cable so that it can seat into the channel properly.
- The PCB switch pin holes are VERY tight for mill max sockets. It is highly recommended to solder your build if you wish to use o-ring mount. There are aftermarket hotswap PCBs available that will work, but in general it is not recommended to use hotswap PCBs for half plate/o-ring builds.
- Please inspect your kit upon receiving it. Any issues regarding the quality of the case will be ignored if the case has been opened/built in. No replacements or returns will be accepted thereafter.
- Some mentioned that their cables didn't work, please keep in mind that you'll need a fairly slim cable housing for the USB to fully seat.
- If your top mount config has some resistance in closing the case, please sand down the o-ring cutouts on the PCB, it seems the tolerance from the PCB manufacturer is off by a mm or so.
