McLane Staff: PLEASE READ FIRST. Electronic request for facility use must be submitted at least 2 weeks before event. McLane Admin will notify staff member via FUSD email (within 5 school days after electronic request is submitted) if request is approved or if rescheduling is needed due to room/facility not available, conflicting school-wide events, etc.
***NOTE:*** For any Saturday/Sunday Events, Custodial Team needs to be present and paid for by your program/ASB Account. Depending on the Event, CA's will also need to be paid for by your program/ASB.
If you are requesting the use of the Pool Complex a Certified Lifeguard needs to be present and a certificate will be required to be submitted to VP Teran.
Any facilities will be pumped for State Testing or FUSD District Meetings. You will be notified in advance.
