Intro to volleyball/Beginner:
Learning the basics of beach volleyball. Going over the fundamental skills such as passing, setting, serving and spiking etc. Any ages are welcome! This is a good opportunity to see if you have interest in the sport of volleyball OR if you are in your early stages of the sport.
Intermediate/Advanced:
In this session we will be expanding on the foundation of the sport and improve specific skills. We will incorporate some college drills to give you a taste of what a college practice is like. Learning different defensive movements, play sets, and various serves are just a few of the things that we will go over. We will finish with a good chunk of playing!
