Fill out this form to enroll your child in the spring 2021 season.  Your child must be between the ages of 5-12 before October 31st, 2020 to participate in the season.  There will be additional forms to complete later on.

Practices will start around the middle to end of March.  They range from 3 to 4 evenings a week.  Games are one time a week on Sunday mornings and early afternoons with one night game possibly played per season starting in April.

All equipment is provided for players - pads, helmet, uniform, etc..  Cheerleaders receive a uniform - shoes are not provided.

There is no set registration fee this year.  It will be on a donation basis.  We want to be able to give back to the community and let every child have a chance at participating in a sport.
