FREE Q&A SESSION/MEDITATION PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

This Participant Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the participant ("Participant") and Evolutionary Wellbeing. Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions when participating in the free Q&A session or meditation session or free webinar:

1. Purpose of Q&A Session: The Q&A session is designed for the purposes of self-development and psychoeducation. It is intended to provide general information and insights but does not replace formal consultation with a qualified professional.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Participant acknowledges that the information provided during the Q&A session is not a substitute for professional advice or medical, psychological, or legal services. Any actions taken by the Participant after the session are their own responsibility.

3. Consultation with a Medical Professional: Participant should consult with a qualified medical professional or appropriate expert regarding any personal concerns or specific issues before making any decisions or taking any actions based on the information provided in the session.

4. Release of Liability: Participant releases Evolutionary wellbeing and the professional providing the session from any liability for any actions or decisions taken by the Participant as a result of information provided during the Q&A session.

5. Personal Responsibility: The Participant acknowledges and accepts personal responsibility for any decisions made and actions taken as a result of participating in the Q&A session.

6. Confidentiality: The Organization and the professional will make every effort to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants during the session.

7. Technology Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, including a computer or mobile device with internet access and Zoom software installed, to join and participate in the online session.

8. Security and Privacy: The Organization and the professional will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and privacy of the online session, but participants should be aware of potential security risks associated with online communication platforms.

9. Recording: The session may be recorded for the purpose of quality assurance, review, or future reference. Participants should be aware that their interactions and questions may be recorded. If session is recorded, it remains the property of Evolutionary Wellbeing and will not be distributed to any participant or third party.

10. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and appropriate demeanor during the online session. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session.

11. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and information provided during the session are the intellectual property of the Organization or the professional and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

12. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues, the Organization and the professional will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve them, but they cannot be held liable for any disruptions or connectivity problems beyond their control.

13. Registration and Confirmation: Registration for the session is required. Participants will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the Zoom session.

14. Duration and Cancellation: The duration of the online session and any cancellation policies will be outlined in the registration process or communicated to participants in advance.

By participating in the online session, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and the additional information related to online sessions using Zoom and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
