Members who were first licensed after June 30, 2020, may decline a nomination for 2020 Rookie of the Year and be eligible for 2021 Rookie of the Year. However, if you accept a nomination for 2020 you are not eligible for the year 2021.

Based on the activities and accomplishments below, I nominate the following for the 2020 Rookie of the Year.

Criteria:
Candidate attends Board luncheons & other functions.
Candidate is productive in the real estate field.
Candidate is involved in the community.
