Hello, my name is Shaun, and I am the Head of Strategy and Impact at the Teaching School Hubs Council (TSHC). At the next council meeting, the Council will be discussing how the ECF reforms have specifically impacted the early years sector. We are looking to hear feedback from ECTs directly to inform this discussion. Individuals will remain anonymous to anyone outside the TSHC central team.
