PICNIC Alumni Tournament Expression of Interest

This is a form that we will be using to gauge interest in the provisional date of the 30th of April. The format of the tournament will be a one day open outdoor event. We will also (hopefully) run some sort of event in the evening.

This tournament is open to anyone who is currently or has previously attended Plymouth University or played Ultimate Frisbee in Plymouth with Plymouth Ultimate or another team. The cost will be £5 per person which will all go to charity and we will be asking for payment by teams up front (so we can log it in time with the SU)
