Emergency Response Team Offer
Thank you for your offer to aid the communities impacted by Hurricane Dorian. Please complete this survey if you are the decision maker for deploying an Emergency Response Team.

As with any disaster response effort, there will be a variety of critical needs ranging from emergency animal sheltering to swift water rescue. Your organization contact and capacity information will be held confidentially in a database only accessed by proper authorities designated to assist emergency response efforts.

If your shelter is also able to accept animals being evacuated before and after the storm please complete our Animal Acceptance Offer form.
