Location: Classroom 0213, Zhengxin Building, Sun Yat-sen Medical University (No. 110, Section 1, Jianguo North Road)
Dear respected club officers , please remember to fill out this form before participating in the event to facilitate the tally of lecture notes, snacks, and other items on that day! If you hold positions in two or more clubs, you only need to fill out one form. This form is solely for the purpose of counting the number of attendees on that day and does not serve as an attendance certificate.
When attending on the day, please make sure to sign in at the registration counter to confirm your attendance at this second BILF officer training! (Please sign in according to your clubs.)
