**This will be a 4 month subscription (Sept-Dec). Ordering for Jan-May will come available after Winter Break**

Please complete this form in it's entirety to secure your spot in the WHS Flower of the month club!

Each month the WHS Floriculture classes will create beautiful, seasonal and on trend designs for you! You will have the option to pick-up or have your arrangement delivered. You will be notified the day before your subscription is ready.

The first subscitpion will be ready in September. The final arrangement will be in December.

Quantities are limited, so please complete this form and submit payment ASAP.

4 arrangements delivered will be $80
4 arrangements pick up will be $70

Cash or checks to WHS. You may drop off payment to the Ag Site or main office. You also can mail in payment to:
