We need a new secretary. The secretary is someone who attends our meetings either in person or via online meet and records the meeting  minutes. We have a form you just fill it out as we go. Due to this requirement we do require you to be available for every meeting. We meet 10 times per year, and sometimes more for events. 
Don't worry it is pretty simple and we are a fun and kind bunch! :)
