21st Ward Jr. League In-House Recreational League Manager Application Form - 2024 Season

Welcome to the 2024 Baseball & Softball Season! If you are interested in managing a recreational baseball or softball, please fill out the form below in it's entirety. Completion of this form does not guarantee you will be selected to manage a team. Our Executive Board will review all applications and select managers based on need and number of teams at each level. If selected, you will be immediately required to submit your background screening to Babe Ruth League via SportsEngine.
