Using this submission form, please indicate the primary contact (referred to as a 'hub contact') for your program's GSRP communications.

The email address submitted will receive all GSRP-related communications from Wayne RESA Early Childhood and is responsible for directing those communications to the appropriate team member(s) within your organization. It may be beneficial to use a shared, central email address that can be accessed by multiple administrators in lieu of a personal email.

Please be aware that your 'hub contact' will receive communications including, but not limited to : contract documents, time-sensitive reporting requests, budget links, departmental newsletters, etc.
