Note: WME PTO will not deposit your check until you are accepted to the Bazaar.

A "booth" is the space only. We have a few tables available on a pre- requested, first-come, first-served basis. Two-chairs per booth will be provided.  A booth may be located in the gym, cafeteria or atrium based on the discretion of the coordinators. All spaces are based on an 8 foot by 8 foot space.  A corner may be at an end of a row or against a wall on one side. If your set up requires a specific set up, please include in your registraion.

Priority will be given on a first-come, first served basis. Prior participants selling the same product(s) OR if prior participants are selling a different product/brand that was NOT sold at the bazaar last year will be given first priority but  must register by Sept 13th and pay by Sept 20th. If a prior participant is now selling a different product/brand product that a prior participant sold last year, they will be wait-listed in the order of registration. This is a non-juried bazaar. WME PTO reserves the right to limit the number of commercial companies. One of each commercial business type allowed on a first-come basis.  Selling of multiple products/sharing of a table is allowed. Agreements between vendors selling the same product are allowed if both vendors set and agree to their own terms amongst themselves.

Depending on the location of your booth, you may use the front entrance to the school or the outside gym entrance during designated set up times.

WME PTO will attempt to keep competing businesses separated, but we make no guarantees. While we will make every effort to comply with your request, WME PTO reserves the right to change your booth location at any time without notice. Tents are not allowed.

Each individual crafter/vendor is responsible for any sales tax.

WME PTO's marketing efforts will include advertisements for the bazaar in our school and PTO email blasts and Facebook page, posters and/or flyers at local businesses (as they allow), listing on Craigslist, neighborhood signs placed at strategic locations on the day of the event, promotion on WME Electronic Marquee, local online community websites and Facebook pages, and a two-week listing in the community newspaper that reaches 16 Denver Area Communities. A copy of the flyer will be sent to each of our vendors so that you may also help promote the event.

If any of the information I have submitted changes before the day of the event, I will contact the event coordinators at wmebazaar@gmail.com with the new information.  I understand that I am responsible for all of the supplies for my booth, which may include: change, signs, sales tags, gift bags, etc. Every effort will be made to accommodate people with disabilities. The WME PTO reserves the right to accept or reject any application for whatever reason. The WME PTO may change booth location at anytime without prior notification. I, the Crafter or Vendor, shall perform the work involved in this event at my own risk and shall be responsible for any damage to Wildcat Mountain Elementary facilities associated with my booth space. If I am not present and my booth is not set up by start of the show, without notification, I will forfeit my booth space.  Please consider your decision to participate carefully.  Registration fees are non-refundable at any time.  I shall indemnify and and hold harmless Wildcat Mountain Elementary School and the Wildcat Mountain Elementary School PTO from any and all claims demands, losses, liability, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees and other legal expenses, arising in any way from my involvement in this event, including all claims relating to injust or death of any person or damage to any property.

WME PTO will make every effort to ensure the security of your items, however, the WME PTO shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Your application is not complete until signed and paid in full.
