Dear Steeple Run Fifth Grade Parents/Guardians,

The 5th Grade End-of-Year Party will be held on Wednesday, May 29th (11:45am-2:25pm) rain or shine.  The students will have lunch outside and then enjoy a variety of outdoor games and activities throughout the afternoon.  If you would like to volunteer to help at the event with lunch and/or games, please use this Sign-Up Genius Link: https://tinyurl.com/y2f7cldb 

Home & School will be providing Papa John’s pizza for lunch.  If you have any food allergies or concerns, please contact H&S.  We will also be serving StarKiss Frozen Treats from Dairy Queen.  Nutritional information and the ingredients for the StarKiss can be found on the attached page.  

If your child cannot eat the pizza or the StarKiss, please provide an appropriate lunch/treat for your child to eat that day AND indicate this on the bottom portion of this flyer.  All forms must be returned by Wednesday, May 22nd.

If you do not fill out this form by May 22nd, your child will not be given the food served at the party.

In addition, please have your child wear their 5th grade t-shirt, put on sunscreen, and bring a water bottle to the party.  

We will have water on hand, but in an effort to save money and protect the environment we are asking all 5th graders to bring their reusable water bottles from home.
