Private School Choice Programs 2020-21 Fiscal Management Training - March 6, 2020

This training is required for schools new to the Private School Choice Programs in the 2020-21 school year. The training will be from 8:30-4:30, with registration beginning at 8:00. The training will be at the Department of Public Instruction at 125 S Webster St, Madison, WI. Driving directions and parking information are available at https://dpi.wi.gov/driving.

All schools must email a completed W-9 to dpichoiceauditreports@dpi.wi.gov in advance of their training date and bring a completed W-9 form for the school to the training. To obtain IRS Form W-9 go to https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.

Each individual that will attend the training must complete a separate registration form.

The training will be in a computer lab. Most of the training day will require that participants complete a budget in Microsoft Excel. One individual per school can share a computer with one of the other participants from their school attending on the same day. Please indicate below whether you will need your own computer or if you will share with another participant. *
