The main objectives of this youth exchange is to create a safe space for young people from 4 countries to explore and learn about the concept of compassionate integrity, learn how to enhance their well-being through contemplative practices, and identify the ones working best for us, as well as to consider how compassionate integrity can be applied to tackle various social issues. Through participation in the youth exchange we will explore how the 10 skills involved in compassionate integrity can be utilized to enhance social cohesion and dialogue, and will develop a daily practice of reflective writing. Compassionate integrity is the ability to live one’s life in accordance with one’s values with a recognition of our common humanity.
