EAMA has limited Tuition/Fellowship scholarship funds. We try to make it possible for all applicants for financial assistance to attend our programs. Scholarship awards and are based on a combination of talent and financial need. If you do not receive a fellowship/scholarship do you wish to withdraw your application to the EAMA Summer Music Institute? *

For dependent students: Send a copy of your parent/guardian's 2022 Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040 to pamela.lasser@eamusic.org. (International applicants must submit an official Verification of Annual Salary for EACH parent/guardian. This document must be in English.) If you are financially Independent, and you are not claimed as a dependent on anyone's tax return, and are over 24 years old, send your 2022 Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040 as well as all of your W2s and 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms. Indicate below the name on the tax return you are submitting and their relationship to you. Please black out all social security numbers. *
