PSB Learning Model Change Request Form - Spring 2021 (K-8 ONLY)
The district-wide open enrollment period is now closed. Parents or guardians who subsequently wish to have their student switch from a remote to in-person model after the district-wide open enrollment period should be aware that the district may require a reasonable transition period to accommodate additional students. We will do our best to accommodate transitions expeditiously, but note that it may take up to four to six weeks for students to begin their new placements.
Parents or guardians who wish to have their students switch from an in-person to a remote model should also anticipate a reasonable placement and transition period. Any subsequent model change requests made after Friday, March 19 must be submitted by providing written notice to the Office of Registration and Enrollment at enroll@psbma.org.
