Middle School Schedule Change Request Form Fall 2023
****Schedule Changes will only be honored if a student is missing a course, needs a core requirement (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Engineering), or missing the appropriate prerequisite.**** 

****Please make sure your schedule has a English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science and Engineering course. Complete this form if you are missing one.****

Requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Follow your current schedule until you hear from your counselor OR see the change in Infinite Campus. **Emails sent to a counselor regarding schedule changes will not be answered. You must submit requests using this form**
 
Please also note that changing one class could require adjusting your entire schedule, and NOT ALL requests are able to honored.  The deadline to make schedule changes is  August 11, 2023......absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. 

We DO NOT make changes for: friends in a different class, dislike of a teacher, wanting a different time slot for a course, not receiving your preferred elective.

SCHEDULE CHANGES TAKE TIME. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A SECOND REQUEST, AS IT WILL DELAY THE PROCESS TIME.
