Hello and thank you for offering your expertise with the many children and adults in our P-CCS community! If you have multiple class offerings or if you would rather send your own version of a class proposal, feel free to do so. However, please use the guidelines listed in the instructor letter and proposal details and be sure to provide the core information that is required.
-----> SUBMIT BY February 16th. If we are able to accommodate your class/camp in the time frames offered, we will then proceed with facility requests & confirmations. Your timely submission will enable us to to keep our timeline and production schedule and meet our final brochure print date of April 6th.
Please enter each class TITLE separately. You will be able to edit before or after submitting them and you can print your responses. If you have questions about any segment, please enter them in the NOTES sections provided in this form. I will contact you with the response (when necessary).
