Thank you for your interest in cultivating your leadership! We are excited to provide this program to you and look forward to reading your application.

The Flatbush Leadership Academy strives to support potential male and female leaders between the age of 16-24 years old, residing in Central Brooklyn through personal growth, professional development, and mentorship. We provide you with training to create a more socially conscious, goal-oriented, and responsible young adult.

Program participants will meet bi-weekly(Saturdays)beginning October 2021 in addition to weekday social and leadership events. Participants will receive a stipend for their attendance at the end of each month.  Throughout the program, you will explore yourself, your community, and have opportunities to engage with elected officials, community leaders, and/or local business leaders. At the beginning of the program, you will be paired with a mentor to help you continue your self-development journey. At the end of this program, you will walk away with real skills, a resume, a network, and a mentor to help you get to your next level.

To qualify for the program, you must:
• 16 -24 years old
• attend in person meetings in Central Brooklyn
