School Lunch Order Form-May 2024

Dear Families,

Lunch is $2.85. You must fill out a survey for each student individually. 

Important Reminders: In May, students with a delinquent account of any amount will be given an emergency meal until the balance is brought to good standing as stated in our School Meal Payment Policy found at https://renacademy.org/nutrition-program.  All accounts with negative balances are expected to be paid off the last day of the school year. Lunch refund requests must be made in writing to saires@renacademy.org within 90 days of departure. Alternatively, all funds may be transferred to a sibling's account or donated to help pay for any negative balances.

You can find this link anytime on the school main page Renacademy.org under Lunch Order Form. School lunch must be ordered the Friday before.

You can fill out the survey one week at a time or for the entire month. Please mark only one option either hot lunch or PB&J per day.  Fridays are a sack lunch, when you select hot it's for the turkey, ham & cheese sandwich or PB&J. You can skip the days you do not need a school lunch. 

Keep in mind and be considerate that due to labor constraints, food availability and our food delivery schedule, school meals must be ordered the Friday before. We pull the lunch participation report every Friday so we can order for the following Monday. We get our food delivery truck on Mondays for that entire week's menu. Since the hot lunch varies daily we only have so much freezer space when considering how much extra we can have on hand. 

Breakfast is served every school day for $1.75 from 7:40-7:55. Please bring your students on time they need to be done eating by 7:55. There's PE at 8 and we have to clean and put tables away for class. There's no need fill out a survey for breakfast as we have a small number of students coming for breakfast.

Online Payments: Find the “Online Payments” link on the right hand side of the school’s website (www.renacademy.org). The link will take you to Renaissance Academy’s Secured Instant Payments website (SIP) https://secureinstantpayments.com/sip/?ID=21717. In addition to single payments, SIP has the option to schedule auto payments for your convenience.   

Onsite Payments: Payments made by cash and/or check may be given to the front office or kitchen. When making an onsite payment, please write school lunch at the top of the envelope, your student’s names, ID#, grade and payment amount.   
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
