(c) The practitioners at PAUSE Ltd. are trained and qualified in their fields, but are not necessarily recognised medical professionals.

I confirm that I hereby hold harmless PAUSE Ltd. , its officers and its employees from any liabilities & responsibilities and will have no claims or take any action against PAUSE Ltd., its officers and its employees in relation to my participation in any wellness program and/or treatments.

I understand that there is a non-refundable, 24-hour cancellation policy.
I understand that everything here is confidential and that will only be seen by relevant practitioners.
I understand that my contact details will only be used by PAUSE Ltd to ensure I am aware of bookings and relevant promotions in my best interest.
I understand to create repeat bookings and referrals through PAUSE Ltd or the practitioner directly, but that the booking is part of PAUSE Ltd services.

You agree that Pause Ltd. shall not be held responsible or liable for injury to my person or any damages or loss of property for any reason. I enter into my session having informed the teacher or practitioner of all health risks or conditions I am aware of and have declared if I am pregnant with any necessary information regarding my health and well-being. I voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, property loss or damage, and/or other damages resulting from or in any way associated with Pause Ltd. space. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pause Ltd., its members, managers, employees or agents from any and all liability and expense of defending any claim arising out of the use of the brand /space pursuant to this agreement except for any claim arising out of the wilful and malicious act of Pause Ltd., its members, managers, employees or agents. By signing this waiver you agreed to receive Pause Monthly newsletter that you can unsubscribe anytime.
