NNA Membership / Mailing List form
Hello, and thank you for your interest in the Delaware Northwest Neighborhood Association. Please fill out the following form to request NNA Membership.

There are two different Participation Levels available to NNA Members:
  1. Leaders - interest in participating in running the NNA organization.
  2. Members - must currently or formerly reside in the Delaware Northwest Neighborhood Location boundaries (Olentangy River on the east, William Street to the south, Pennsylvania Avenue to the north, and Euclid Avenue to the west).
For multiple household members, please include the names of all household members you want to be part of our group. Note: We do not give out or sell your information to other organizations.

Membership Donation
The Northwest Neighborhood Association no longer charges membership dues. We run solely on your donations and support. If you would like to make a donation we accept several different ways to pay.
