SIPS bestows two types of awards to recognize contributions that further the SIPS mission (http://improvingpsych.org/mission/awards/): SIPS Mission Awards for larger recognitions and SIPS Commendations for smaller recognitions. 

This form is to nominate SIPS Commendations (the form for nominating SIPS Mission Awards can be made here: https://forms.gle/P45QnrghHxSXeumw8).

SIPS Commendations recognize and increase awareness of contributions that are consistent with the SIPS mission, including small contributions that are not typically formally recognized by professional societies. These contributions include, for example, blog posts, podcasts, teaching materials, talk slides, or research tools that further the SIPS mission of promoting transparency, rigor, and replicability in psychological science.

Contributions nominated for SIPS Commendations can be credited to individuals or to teams. Anyone can nominate an unlimited number of projects, and all nominations are anonymous.​ Contributions that are given SIPS Commendations are eligible for SIPS Mission Awards.
