Adaptive Yoga Registration (NP)

Thank you for your interest in Adaptive Yoga! Our program is open to anyone with a physical disability at no cost. We will be meeting every Friday for an hour from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Doors open at 1:45pm, and will close promptly at 2:00pm to limit class disturbance. There will be a limited number of spots for the hour. If you are not able to make a selection for a specific day, then that means that the day has been filled. Registration for Adaptive Yoga will be done on a month-to-month basis. The program will be located at MedStar NRH in the TeleCenter/TeleConference room located on the first floor by the Speech Clinic (102 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20010). 

Our Adaptive Yoga class will be tailored to participants’ needs, with seated and standing options. No prior experience is required! The only expectation of the participant is to relax and enjoy!  All instruction and equipment will be provided. Parking validation is available, and it is convenient for Metro Access and transportation drop-off. If you have not participated in our programs before, you will be contacted for a program orientation and to confirm your participation.
