Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The Practice Manager will play a key role in the efficient operation of our group psychotherapy practice, ensuring the delivery of excellent client care while supporting the clinical team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management, team leadership, and a passion for promoting mental health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Previous experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a mental health setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in practice management software, Google Business Suite, and Squarespace
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service / client care skills
Experience supporting a neurodiverse team preferred
Commitment to promoting mental health and wellness in the community.
Commitment to anti-oppressive practice and building diverse teams
Benefits:
$30 / hr starting wage, 20-30 hrs / week. Opportunity to grow the position into a full-time salaried position.
