Orientation

This orientation is for children 12-13 years old who wish to utilize the facility without a parent or guardian present. In order to receive a key tag to enter alone, at least 1 parent/legal guardian and the child must read and sign this form.

Available areas- The only areas that are permitted to children ages 12-13 are the gymnasium floor and the lobby area. Any child found in the walking track, weight room, community room, spin room, or pool will be asked to leave. A parent/ guardian will be called and asked to pick up the child. Depending on the severity of the interaction/ this could result in suspension of the child's entry privileges.

Food and drink policy- Water is the only drink/food permitted in the gym. All other drink or food items must stay in the lobby area. The child is responsible for cleaning up trash and messes after eating.

Dunking or hanging on the rims will not be permitted.

All balls must be returned to the rack when you are finished.

Personal speakers are not be permitted. Please bring your own headphones if you wish to listen to your own music.

Running in the lobby will not be permitted.

All children should be picked up no later than 8:30 pm.

I understand that gym space is not always available pending on RFCC programs.

Profanity will not be tolerated.

If your child is found to be in violation of any RFCC policies or found in areas that are not specific to this agreement, disciplinary action could be taken and could result in a loss of privileges at the RFCC for the individual or the entire family based on the severity of the incident.
