The Mohawk Trail Regional School District is reviewing and revising the district’s Policy IHBG Home Schooling and considering adopting the accompanying procedure Policy IHBG-P Home Schooling Procedure developed by the Massachusetts Association of School Committees (MASC). The school committee’s policy subcommittee would like feedback from our district’s homeschool families. Attached, you’ll find a copy of the current policy with suggested revisions in red text as well as the proposed new procedure. Please read and review these and complete the accompanying survey by Monday, August 9. Your comments, questions, and suggestions will be considered as we discuss this policy and procedure at upcoming subcommittee and full School Committee meetings.
