Syllabus Agreement 2021-22
My parents or guardians and I have read through the course syllabus and agree to all its requirements. This signature is also used as a permission slip to attend festivals, parades, and other performances with Mr. Eash this year (for now there will be no trips allowed). By signing, you are also agreeing to make sure your chld as accepted the Google Classroom invite via email and that they are prepared to use it to submit all work. Time will be given to do this during the school day for those with intenet issues. In case you do not get the syllabus, I will send the syllabus via Remind, Facebook, hard copy, and website.
