The purpose of this grant is to increase and uplift underrepresented populations participation in the beauty industry by supporting increased diversity with continued education. Diversity in all industries, especially the beauty industry is crucial.

We firmly believe that the more diverse our industry is, the better we can serve the world. And that is why we will be awarding a free membership to The Workshop in a Box to 6 individual NUMBER people with the Hair Love University Diversity Grant!

We know hairstylists change the world. We know education changes hair stylists. We strive to make the world a better place and we know the best way to do that is to put quality education in the hands of all communities of people.

We believe in your limitless potential. Whether you have been in this industry for decades, 2020 was the year you stepped into the scene, or you are somewhere in between, this year rocked everyone. All hair businesses are welcome.
