2024 PorchFest Host Form
All sign-up forms MUST be submitted by Friday, July 19th at 5:00 pm.

As a PorchFest host, you agree to host a local musician and/or band on your porch on Saturday, August 17th, between 12 pm and 5 pm.

Host responsibilities include:
- You must live in the Village of Lancaster
- Having the permission of the homeowner.
- Assisting musicians/bands with setup on your porch.
- Provide electricity access and covered shelter for the musician/band
- Remaining available for the duration of your host time.
- Encouraging participants stay on lawns/driveways and out of the street.
- Participating rain or shine.

And most importantly,
- Notifying your neighbors of your participation in the event.

Unless you already have a band/musician that you have confirmed will be playing at your home, the organizers will assign a musical act to your porch based on your hourly availability from your sign-up information.You will receive your band match information via email no later than Friday, August 9th.
