We will notify you by phone as soon as it is ready to be picked up at our establishment.

Please note that certain conditions may apply to authorize a renewal:

- the drug must be indicated as renewable in your animal's file;
- the animal concerned must have been seen in examination at our clinic recently;
- for certain drugs, laboratory tests may be required before renewal;
- other conditions may apply depending on the animal and its needs.

If we cannot renew the requested medication, we will contact you (check your emails)
