Dear Cougar Family ,
The 8th Grade Promotion/Awards Ceremony will be held on June 9, 2022 at 9:00am. In an effort to streamline the process of signing out students after the 8th Grade Promotion/Awards Ceremony, we are requesting that parents/guardians inform the school of their intent prior to the day of the ceremony.

All students who will be leaving with a parent or guardian will receive a wristband which will indicate that they are cleared to leave school directly after the ceremony. If this form is not submitted or returned and you decide to sign your student out on the day of the ceremony, please be aware that the process will be very time consuming.

Please complete this form and submit it by Monday June 6, 2022. Also, please be aware that students can only leave school with their parent or guardian. Students will not be released to go with friends or other family members.

La Ceremonia de Promoción/Premios de 8vo Grado se llevará a cabo el 9 de junio de 2022 a las 9:00am En un esfuerzo para simplificar el proceso del registro de salida de los estudiantes después de la Ceremonia de Promoción/Premios de 8vo grado, estamos solicitando que los padres/tutores informen a la escuela de su intención antes del día de la ceremonia.
