GWS Fury Netball High Performance Unit has established a performance management plan to implement
sustainability in our Team performance structures in the NSW Netball Premier League competition.
In our Premier League management structure we have identified the need for high standards and support
throughout the unit including Pathway Teams.
The idea is to support a high a quality netball program within the GWS Fury performance unit including performance targets. Provide identified and selected players an opportunity to participate and progress to higher
standards through the player pathway. Develop improved player selection potential and playing standards
at GWS Fury.

Interviews will take place Thursday 29th October
As a minimum, nominees must:
a)
Be a current financial members of Netball NSW
b)
Have relevant NCAS accreditation
c)
Agree to abide by Netball NSW Codes of Conduct
d)
Be available to attend an interview if required
e) Be available for all activities involving the team applicable to the nomination
f) To coach and prepare players in accordance with Netball Australia Player Development Pathway for skill development giving consideration to their age and abilities, this is a measurable and can be achieved under the consultation with the Director of Coaching.
g) Full incorporation of the Netball Australia Knee Program.
