Wood River - Hartford Dist. 15 Return to School Survey
WRH #15 staff would like our district families' opinions as we begin to plan for August 2020.  We are still awaiting  guidance from Illinois State Board of Education and Illinois Department of Public Health, but we must start planning for all possibilities now.

Please note NO decisions have been made for August 2020, and this survey solely intends to assist the district with planning for next school year.  Thank you for your participation!

I would prefer for my child(ren) to continue remote learning in the Fall, even if school buildings reopen for in-person learning. *
