This form is to compare information within the "Complete Guide to Contests" on PFQ for a more accurate guide. Only certain questions are mandatory. Please only fill this form out after a contest has concluded and you were a participant! This form does not collect personal information of respondents.

Please include a link to the pokemon you entered into the contest. (This is so I can look at the Contest stats on the pokemon's profile page.) *
How did your pokemon place? (Ex: "You ranked 43 out of 1,265, placing you in the top 4%.") *
How much currency did you earn? *
What prize did you receive? (Ex: If it says "For being in the top 25%, you have earned a Blue Barrette!" then please write "Blue Barrette") ("None" is a viable option.) *
If you are comfortable, please include a link to a screenshot of your contest results page. You can upload an image through a site like imgur or the PFQ Image Uploader. Do not include any personal or account information in the screenshot. An example is included in this question.
