Please submit one form per student.  The deadline to register for holiday care is Friday, Nov. 10th.  Upon registration, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent detailing your holiday care charge. (Please email jgordon@stannschool.org if you have not received confirmation of your registration by 11/10).    Payment is made online through the Procare app on your mobile device.  If you do not have an account set up, please email jgordon@stannschool.org for instructions.  Payment for holiday care is due by Monday, Nov. 13th.

Please send lunch with a drink and two snacks for your child. Students in PK2, PK3 and PK4 require a nap pad and an extra set of clothes.  PK2 students require diapers or pull ups.

Holiday care drop off and pick up is located in the PK2 building entrance on Loveland St.   PK2 students are located in the PK2B classroom, PK3 and PK4 students are in the PK4B classroom and K-7th students are in the PK4A classroom.

If holiday care is canceled due to low attendance, you will be notified no later than Monday, November 13th.  

LATE REGISTRATION/DROP-INS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Fees are not refundable, nor can they be applied to your current extended care balance and may not be transferred to a different day if your child is not present on registered days.  Cancellations must be made in writing by Monday, November 13th, in order to have payments refunded.  Extended care balances must be paid in full to attend holiday care.
