This is a two-floor event at a beautiful venue (4043 N. Ravenswood ave), so it takes a lot of people working together to make it magical!

Can anyone bring a 6ft sturdy ladder to event at 1:00 pm?

Pick-up supplies for event at Carolyn's House (4210 N. Hermitage) and deliver to the venue at 4043 N. Ravenswood. Bigger car/van is ideal. Almost all of the items for the event will be here. We can enter the venue at 1:00 PM. Carolyn’s number: (312) 852-0052.

Various pick-ups before event. If you have availability and are able to help do random, but needed pick-ups leading up to the event, please let us know. Most of these would be going to Carolyn’s home on Hermitage, where we are staging all of the items.

Clean up. We need as many people as possible. We have one hour to pack everything up.

Food needs to be picked-up very close to serving time so that it is hot and ready-to-go. If you are picking-up something hot and you are moving quickly, then pick-up from a few places. Or pick and hot and cold item. You will be contacted about anything you state you can pick-up.
